I was born in Athens, where I live and work, on 15 January. At the age of 8, I started to train in martial arts, and more specifically, Kung Fu. I got involved with martial arts championships from 1989 to 1994. I always liked to add a few weights in my training for muscular strengthening, something that I started ti like more and more.

At the age of 17 I realised that I was "madly in love with dumbells".

I began to exercise intensively with weights, and at the same time reading innumerable books about exercises, training sessions with weights, diets and anatomy.

I decided to start competeing in bodybuilding competitions, and in May 2006, in the MR. and Mrs. Hellas NABBA contest, I conquered the 1st place in the "Figure" class and in the NABBA WORLD championship I conquered the 4th place in the "Figure" class.

In the Pan-Hellenic WABBA Championship at the "Mr. and Mrs. Greece" contest 12/11/2006, I conquered the 1st Place.

In the World Championship of WABBA BODYBUILDING and FITNESS in 26/11/2006, I conquered the 2nd place.
